Everyone that is involved in my case has been great!!! Very understanding and helpful. Explained everything to me throughout my whole case. Fast. 6 months start to finish. Everything seemed to flow smoothly. . I didn't really have to do much except go to one Doctor appointment and was paid mileage . The other appointment was over my phone at home. I feel everyone should give these attorneys a shot. They are good!!!

Mr. John Smalley was fantastic! He was helpful, informative, honest, and very effective. He was very personable and I'm extremely appreciative of his representation. I'd recommend him to anyone who asks! Ms. Burns, his paralegal was also fabulous! The results of my case far exceeded my expectations!!! I'm not exaggerating either. Everything the commercials on TV and radio say are true. Unfortunately I've had to use them 3 times and each time they have gone over and beyond what I expected. Pryor to them I had 1 other attorney on an accident claim and they treated me like my case wasn't important to them. They didn't communicate with me and when I asked them questions they acted like I was a pest. Dyer, Garofalo, Mann, and Shultz are the best personal injury attorneys hands down! And no I'm not getting paid to say this.

John Smalley = 2 thumbs up!! I had a personal injury case with a big brand company. Dyer Garafolo Mann & Schultz tried to settle without taking it to litigation but after a year with no response from the company, we had no choice. I was not backing down. This is when John Smalley was assigned to my case. He was friendly, honest, upfront and personable. It took probably another 6 months of back and forth with the company’s attorneys but John finally got my case settled and I received my check before the end of the year. Thanks to John and his paralegal Michelle, my family and I no longer have to deal with the fighting from the brand that injured me. I would definitely recommend this law office, but I pray I never have to go through another injury again.
